March 28, 2017 Contract Negotiations Update.

Brothers and Sisters of Local 1050,

          We are pleased to announce that the Bargaining Committee has finally reached a Tentative Agreement with Arconic after working day to day since our expiration date 30 days ago.

          We are currently working on details of all the language and as you know, protocol dictates that we will first present our Tentative Agreement to the Executive Board before all details are rolled out to the Membership. We are currently in the process of securing a date, time and location for an informational meeting and ratification.

          We would like to thank you all for your continued support. We know it's been tough working without details and appreciate all of your patience working day to day, but we believe that we have a contract that will be accepted by the Membership. Once all details are finalized, further information will be provided.
